Manual therapy originated in Thailand. It is performed on the floor, on a mattress. The techniques are applied using various parts of the body to apply different types of stretches accompanied by specific body pressures. It is both a physical and energetic treatment, regularising energy flows and releasing blockages. It causes a general realignment with excellent effects on body and mind.

Sound massage with Tibetan bowls
Sound therapy using Tibetan bowls specifically created for therapy (Peter Hesse system). The bowls are placed on the patient's body, and their vibrations reach the deepest levels of the body and mind. All the water that makes up 80% our body reacts and tunes in to the specific frequency of each sound, inducing deep relaxation and a process of release and detoxification.
